Prepare and Ship the Item: Please use the return label provided and ensure the item is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund after the item has been received and inspected.
Refund Process: Once the return is approved, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
